The Salvatorian Pastoral Care for Children or SPCC was founded on August 15, 2001. It is the main apostolate of the
Salvatorian Sisters in the Philippines as mandated thru the mission priorities of the international Congregation: to protect the welfare of women and children.
The 11th anniversary of its foundation was held on September 8, 2012 at the Palace of the Rock, St. Peter Parish along Commonwealth Avenue in Quezon City. The anniversary coincided with the Birthday of the Blessed Mother, Mary. SPCC is under the maternal protection of the Blessed Mother.
The theme was: Celebrating God's Providence on SPCC's 11th Anniversary. The highlight of the event was the Eucharistic Celebration at almost 3:00 in the afternoon led by the Most Rev. Bishop Antonio Tobias, DD assisted by Salvatorian Fathers led by their superior, Fr. Christopher Kowalczyk, SDS and others including a CICM priest. It was a moment of gratitude and remembrance. God has blessed the SPCC project and its beneficiaries very generously.
